One inbox, answered by the people who build it
Email hello@temiro.ai. It reaches the people who build Temiro — there is no ticket queue and no tier-one script. We aim to reply within one business day, and to anything that looks like a security issue or an outage the same day.
It helps if you include:
- Your company workspace name and the email you sign in with.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Roughly when it happened — with a timestamp we can find the exact request in our logs.
Live component status is at temiro.ai/en/status. If something looks broken, that page is worth a glance before you write.
Frequently asked
How do I get an account?
Someone at your company invites you. There is no public sign-up form: an owner or admin sends an invitation from the admin area and you set a password to accept it. If you are the first person at your company, email us: it usually starts with a free 14-day trial on one folder, which we set up for you.
Can I use one account for two companies?
No. An account belongs to exactly one company — the product is built around that, and it is what keeps one company’s knowledge from leaking into another’s. Use a separate account for a separate workspace.
What can the assistant actually see?
Only what it is allowed to see. Every search is scoped to your company, and within that to what has been shared with you: the Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint folders you can open there, organisation-wide knowledge, your team’s, and your own private material. It cites the sources it used in each answer, so you can check its work — and you should.
Can we use our own API keys?
You don’t need to: by default the models run on our accounts and usage is metered per company. If your company has a reason to use its own, we turn them on at your request. Keys are encrypted at rest and used only for the calls you ask for; billing and terms then come straight from the provider.
What happens when we connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Content from the sources you point the connector at is indexed into your knowledge base, the same way an upload is, and re-synced periodically. A connected folder is seen in Temiro by exactly the people Drive gives access to it, and the rights are re-read on every sync. You can disconnect at any time to stop future syncing — note that disconnecting does not remove content already indexed. To remove it, delete the folder under Knowledge: its indexed text and the pages compiled from it go with it.
How do we delete our data?
Settings has two separate actions: delete everything you have created while keeping your login, or delete your data and your account outright. Both are immediate and irreversible. A sole owner with other members has to transfer ownership first, so the company is never left without an administrator. Company-wide deletion is available to owners — or email us and we will handle it.
Can we export our data?
Yes, from the app. One conversation downloads from its three-dot menu as a Markdown file — questions, answers and citations as footnotes. Your personal data downloads from Settings → Account as JSON: your profile, your conversations, your projects and the notes remembered about you. Documents and the knowledge base belong to the company rather than to an individual — email us for a copy of those.
How do we report a security problem?
Email hello@temiro.ai with the details and please give us a chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will confirm receipt quickly and keep you posted on the fix.
