What happens to your data

This notice covers the temiro.ai website only. The Temiro application — the one a company uploads its documents into — has its own, much longer policy, which publishes together with it.
Who is responsible

What is collected
Three things, and no more:
- Your name and email address, if you book a call. You enter them in Cal.com’s form, not on this site.
- Whatever you send by email to the contact address — the message and what is in it.
- Server logs at the hosting provider: IP address, browser and the page requested. These are generated automatically by any visit to any site.
What this site does not do
It sets no cookies. It has no analytics and does not track visitors. It has no form at all — the only field you can type into is Cal.com’s, after you leave here.
What it is used for
To hold the call and to reply to your message. It is not sold, not passed to anyone for marketing, and not used for anything else.
Who else sees it
The providers that make the site work. Each one gets only what it needs:
- Cal.com — scheduling; this is where the name and email go.
- Vercel — hosts the site and keeps the server logs.
- Namecheap — forwards mail sent to the contact address.
- Google — the mailbox those messages ultimately land in.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, and you can object to it being processed. An email to hello@temiro.ai is enough.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection supervisory authority.
