What happens to your data

This notice covers the temiro.ai website only. The Temiro application — the one a company uploads its documents into — has its own, much longer privacy policy.

Who is responsible

TEMIRO LABS S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (Trade Register no. J2026056434006, fiscal code 55658691, share capital 500 lei), with its registered office at Tecuci, str. Gheorghe Petrașcu nr. 29, bl. R1A, sc. 3, et. 2, ap. 44, jud. Galați. For anything on this page, write to hello@temiro.ai.

What is collected

Five things, and no more:

• Your name and email address, if you book a call. You enter them in Cal.com’s form, not on this site.
• What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company (if you give it) and message. They reach us by email.
• Whatever you send by email to the contact address — the message and what is in it.
• Server logs at the hosting provider: IP address, browser and the page requested. These are generated automatically by any visit to any site.
• Visit statistics, through Cloudflare Web Analytics: the page opened, the site you came from, your country, and your browser, operating system and device type.

What this site does not do

It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The visit statistics are not tied to a name, an email address or an IP address: they do not recognise a visitor by IP address or by browser, and we only ever see totals. The contact form stores nothing in your browser: what you type is emailed to us, and the server keeps only a record of the send (the date, a subject that holds your name, and whether it went out), never the message.

What it is used for

To hold the call and to reply to your message. The visit statistics, to know which pages are read and where readers come from. None of it is sold, passed to anyone for marketing, or used for anything else.

Who else sees it

The providers that make the site work. Each one gets only what it needs:

• Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) — scheduling; this is where the name and email go.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) — hosts the site, keeps the server logs and counts the visits.
• Railway (Railway Corporation, USA; the server in Amsterdam) — receives what you type into the contact form and passes it on.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) — sends the form’s message to our mailbox and keeps the sending data in the USA.
• Supabase (Supabase Pte. Ltd, Singapore; the data in Ireland) — keeps the record of the send.
• Google — the mailbox (Google Workspace) where mail sent to the contact address, and the form’s messages, land.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, and you can object to it being processed. An email to hello@temiro.ai is enough.

If the answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection supervisory authority.
